Most orders are built by hand and shipped within a couple of days excluding weekends. We do prefer you to check with us if you have an event or presentation date for your custom recognition awards so we can ensure they are delivered on time according to your needs. Larger orders of course may take longer, but most orders of less than 10 will ship within a couple of days. Again, we would advise that you contact us to make sure the custom awards you chose will deliver on time since different designs vary with production time.
The word custom is different for many people. We do have the ability to create new recognition award designs from scratch, but it does require quantities and much more time since the design and sample stage can take time from creating molds and dies. Most of the time a 3-dimensional recognition that is not from components we stock can take a couple of months to develop and is not cost-effective for one piece. You bet! We design and hand-build all of our custom recognition awards in house from A-Z so you have amazing factory finish quality and service from one place. The majority of award or trophy shops online are just a website with a few people who buy blank awards from companies like us, then decorate and resell the awards to you. We hand build, sand carve or print, package with gentle care then ship direct so the entire process of the build, logo and text and shipping occur from one company..
Great question, our normale process make sure that every order receives a digital proof by email. When you place an order for customize recognition awards with us, the first stop in our graphics team. We have some great folks who will review your order contents to ensure the logo and text are attached so they can start designing the layout for your recognition awards. Once completed (usually within 24hrs) one of our service team members will send you an email with an attached PDF that will display your logo and text arrangement on the recognition awards you chose. This is your opportunity to make sure everything is perfect. Once you are sure all is perfect, simply reply to the email with “Approved” and our team will hand off the order to our production team so they can start building your awards Please note, if your proofs have an error or correction of any type needed, be sure to reply to the email accordingly so our team can revise and send you a new perfect proof.
Acceptable formats include PDF, EPS, CDR, AI, PSD, PNG. These are the best formats for crystal recognition awards and printing of most products, but they do vary depending on the custom recognition awards you purchased. It really depends on if it’s entered production yet. All of our custom recognition awards are swift to enter production so it’s best to call or email quickly so we can try to pause if production and personalization weren’t started. If your recognition awards were already started then we wouldn’t be able to make any changes to certain products. Give us a call and we’ll work with you to resolve any issues.
Yes! Many of our products will display a gift box option for each recognition award on the product page. Some awards include the gift box as part of the product purchase which will be noted in the description for that product below its photos. Do keep in mind that not every product has a fitted gift box, but we often can find a solution that works for your custom awards.
Of course. Our systems are automated so once your custom recognition awards ship our systems will change the status to “Shipped” and you’ll receive an email notification that will also have the tracking number. Please note that this email will be sent automatically to the email in on the order account.
