Yes, All proofs are sent within 24 hours (weekends excluded) by email so you can be sure production begins only after you have approved the proof. Our graphics team will send an email with an attached PDF showing your custom trophy design to scale. Once everything is perfect, just reply to the email with “Approved” and we’ll hand off your order to our craftsman to start building your awards..

We can send you a sample on most items as long as we have a Random Sample in our showroom stock. These are generally overruns and slight imperfections, but make fantastic shippable samples of our custom trophy and awards that you can view in person. The only other time we may need new art is if your logo changes. Either way, every order receives an email proof by so even if your reordering, we would never start production without proof approval. IF you have difficulties emailing because of an outage or travel, we can always find a way through technology to get your approval.
