Artwork Information To Personalize Recognition Awards and Trophies

 

Guidelines:

These guidelines must be followed  for us to build your proof properly. All artwork for crystal sand carving will require black and white line art only. Any grayscale or half tones cannot be used for sand carving crystal.  All other items such as full color printing on plaque awards, frames awards and other recognition awards that are not crystal can be sent in full color.  Please know that if you wish for us to PMS color match as close as possible to your actual artwork, we require a hard copy to verify the color match and number of each color.  This is the most effective means to ensure your recognition awards are matched accurately.

 

Minimum Resolution:

Please ensure that your resolution is a minimum of 250 DPI. Any graphics that were copied off of a website or Internet will not meet that minimum requirement.  The best artwork is generally submitted from the original file where it was created. This ensures the final product on your Recognition Award has excellent detail and legibility.  The vector formats we prefer to use our EPS, AI, CDR and PSD

Please know that just because a file was sent to us by e-mail or in digital format does not guarantee it is usable for our crystal recognition awards or other trophies and plaques we build. Our graphics team will notify you within 24 hours whether your artwork is suitable or may need improvement for the awards purchased.

 

Design Standards:

ASAP awards has minimum standards and font sizes for proper legibility to ensure your customer recognition awards are nothing less than stunning upon receipt.  we reserve the right to reject any artwork that does not meet our minimum quality or sizing requirements.  We also reserve the right to reject any content or artwork that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive to others.

All fonts should be converted to text outline or curves depending on the software used.  once we receive your converted text it is not able to be edited.  It's usually best to allow our graphics team to find a suitable or similar text for your award so adjustments and changes are simple.
