The options you will see on each product page allows you to attach your logo and enter your text which is what our team will engrave on your crystal awards once approved. Some folks like to just choose the option under Logo and Text that shows “I’ll email: service@asapawards.com . Go through the checkout process and the site will send you a confirmation email of your order. Once you receive the email confirmation of your crystal awards order, just reply to that email, attach your logo, text and whatever information is needed and we’ll start building your proofs.

Your order of engraved awards starts with our graphics team who takes the logo and text you send us, makes sure the quality is adequate to sand carve into the crystal awards, then designs a layout aesthetically pleasing to the crystal award you ordered.
Within 24 hours! That is right, we are very responsive around here so most proofs (excluding weekends) will be sent to your email within 24 hours placing your order. This will be your opportunity to make sure the crystal award trophy is error free and to your liking.

This is your time to review diligently to ensure there are not spelling errors or layout mishaps of any kind in the image we send for review. The good news is we have a graphics department in house so our folks can use many types of file formats, however we do want you engraved crystal awards to be impressive upon arrival so a quality logo is a good place to start. In general, any crystal recognition award, trophy or plaques will require a black and white image for stenciling prior to sand carving. Preferred file format would be AI, EPS, PDF, CDR or line art in vector form of black and white only, no grays. We know this can sometimes be confusing for folks who may not have the best logo or a black and white only logo available, but our team is here to help so we usually advise to just send the best logo you can find and we can usually make that work, but in the event the quality is very low, we’ll contact you to work through the options that will provide best results for the finished carving on your engraved crystal awards.
