Five star rating for responsiveness & quality. After ordering the award on-line, I submitted the inscription via email and got a quick response, letting me know that the proof would be sent to me for approval next. The proof came within a couple of days & everything was accurate. A few days later I received a message that the award was being shipped. The whole process, from ordering the award to receiving it, took less than ten days. The award is even prettier than the on-line photo.

These awards are very nice and the overall qualtiy is very high. I only did 4 stars since I wish they were lighter. After asking factory, they said solid crystal has more weight and this is a tall piece. Were happy overall and the company was great to work with and sent our proofs really fast.
