How to order our Truck Driver Appreciation Awards?
Each page for the truck driver award you choose will have options on the right side to select. These options allow you to upload your company logo, add text along with your truck driver names to be engraved on your custom awards. Once your options are selected, add your quantity and click add to cart to follow the prompts.
Do you offer volume discounts on the Crystal truck awards ?
We do offer discounts for larger orders. Each truck driver recognition award is different and may be a crystal truck, plaque, or several variations so the discount is different. For larger corporate orders that have multiple items sometimes it’s best to contact us first to see if any additional discounts may apply. 636.537.1517 or service@asapawards.com
Can you make custom driver awards with our company truck?
As a manufacture, there are limitations especially when referring to the crystal truck award designs on our site. In higher quantities we can do custom crystal truck award designs, but in general the crystal trucks are design to represent the transportation industry as a whole and are not actually one brand of truck. The dry van, day truck and tanker truck awards are our primary line of driver recognition awards we hold large inventory on hand which is required for us to offer factory direct pricing. Always check with us and we’d be happy to discuss your project needs.
Are these glass or acrylic truck awards?
Great questions. We don’t us any acrylic, lucite or any other type of plastics with our trucking recognition awards. We use only had made solid optical k9 crystal. Optical crystal truck awards do not have any lead in the mix and are of the highest clarity. K9 crystal is superior to the rest in that it will not discolor over time like many glass awards are made from. We take great pride in our exclusive designs and only us K9 Optical crystal for all our custom driver awards.
What kind of logo do you need to engrave my truck driver awards?
If available, the following formats to engrave or imprint your custom recognition awards are as follows: AI, EPS, PDF, CDR. We also use JPG, PNG and others, but we usually just advise to send the best quality logo you have an we’ll work with it to fit your driver awards.
What does “imprint color” mean on the options for the truck award?
Each truck driver recognition award will show the option for “Black print” or “Full color print. This is referring to the printed logo and text used on the brushed metal plaque shown in the photo for the driver award your viewing. If the option is available, you can choose to have color printing, or many opt for the black print only which can be the best choice if your logo colors may not blend well with the product itself. In that case, black and grayscales are the best choice.
Is my logo is too large to upload on the product page for the trucking awards?
There is a second option in the dropdown menu for text and logo that will show “ I’ll email to service@asapawards.com. If you prefer, you can simply email your company logo, driver names and any other info you wish designed on the truck driver awards and we’ll start your proofs.
Will you send a proof so we can see what my truck driver appreciation awards will look like?
Yes. Every order receives a free proof before production begins. This is your opportunity to make sure the text, logo, driver names and main layout are accurate so when your driver recognition awards arrive, they are exactly as the proof you approved.
When will you send a proof of my custom awards?
Were fast around here…you will receive a proof by email within 24 hours that will have an attached pdf for your review. Simply reply back to the email with “approved” and we’ll get started building your truck driver awards.
What If my proof has an error?
No problem, that’s why we send proofs so you have the opportunity to make sure your crystal truck driver recognition awards are perfect. Reply back to the proof email and list the corrections needed, our graphics team will revise the proofs and send back for your approval.
What’s the production time for my custom truck driver awards?
Since were not a trophy shop, were an actual manufacture of our exclusive truck driver award designs, which allows us full control of speed and quality! Most orders less than 10 pieces average a couple days before release. Once released, it simply a matter of UPS transit time from our location in St. Louis, MO to your address. Keep in mind the build time does not start until you approve your proof.
Are all the crystal truck driver awards in stock?
We carry a large amount of raw materials with crystal trucks trophies and plaque designs which enable us fulfill orders of a large scale. Can you drop ship my truck driver appreciation awards to different locations?
Yes we can! We’re experts with order fulfillment of large programs and can drop ship awards accross the globe. Even if you have a handful of truck awards that may need to ship to individual locations, we can help. We’ll just need the address list for each truck award and we’ll do the rest.
