Fleet FAQ
Do you offer volume discounts?
Absolutely. Every product carries volume discounts. Once we understand your quantities and program details, we'll send your discounted quote.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the world: individually to each driver's home, or in kitted batches to your fleet locations.
Can you match our company truck design?
In most cases, yes. Send us a photo of your truck or trailer and we'll design the award to match. If your design has unusual features, we'll tell you upfront exactly what we can do.
How fast are proofs and turnaround?
We're fast because we hand-build everything in-house in the USA. Orders under 10 to 15 awards are typically built, carved, and shipped within a few days of proof approval. Every proof is sent within 24 hours, and production begins as soon as you approve it. Larger or more complex programs may take longer, so we always appreciate extra lead time. If you have a firm in-hands date, let us know upfront and we'll advise on exactly what we can deliver.
What logo files do you need?
Whatever you have, in the highest quality available. PDF, AI, and CDR files are ideal, and we can often work with high-resolution JPG or PNG files too.
Can we order a sample first?
Yes. There's no better way to feel the weight, the quality, and the true impact of what makes us different before committing your program to it.
